With the completion of Reporting Period 1 of DATAWiSE project, the consortium has taken an important moment to reflect on the progress achieved during the initial phase of implementation. This period concluded with the successful review meeting, where partners presented the results of the project’s first 18 months and discussed the next steps for the development of DATAWiSE ecosystem.
To capture this stage of the journey, the project introduces DATAWiSE TIMES – an editorial format designed to highlight key developments, structural progress and the broader direction of the project beyond formal reporting.
During Reporting Period 1, the consortium focused on establishing the foundations necessary for the project’s operational phase. This included shaping the system architecture, aligning activities across the different work packages and strengthening collaboration between partners working on the technical, scientific and organisational aspects of the project.
The elements presented in this first issue illustrate the work carried out across the consortium during the project’s initial phase. With its foundations now firmly established, DATAWiSE continues to move forward into the next stage of development. The reflections and feedback gathered during the review meeting will help guide the continued development of DATAWiSE and its data-driven solutions for smarter building management.
